Fast barcode capture
Scan physical releases, handle unknown barcodes, and correct weak metadata without losing the item you actually own.
Closed beta recruiting now
A scanner-first collection tracker for books, games, music, film, and the shelves that never quite fit inside a spreadsheet.
No spam. Beta invites, dev notes, and unsubscribe controls only.
What we are testing
Scan physical releases, handle unknown barcodes, and correct weak metadata without losing the item you actually own.
Books, games, music, video, and custom items live in one collection with format-aware details and search.
CSV import, column mapping, local edits, and sync are designed for collectors moving away from older catalog apps.
Export shelf cards, reviews, and collection snapshots that look good enough to post, not just archive.
Why now
Arkivi is being built lean: static website, Cloudflare delivery, Supabase for auth and sync, Resend for email, and no heavy newsletter stack unless beta traffic proves we need it.
We are avoiding public pricing claims and market-value promises while the beta focuses on collection quality, scanner reliability, import paths, reviews, lending, and store-readiness.
