What to Include
For beta bugs, include your device model, app version if you can find it, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Screenshots are useful when the issue is visual.
Account Deletion
If you can open the app, use the in-app Delete Account flow from Account. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address linked to your Arkivi account and ask for deletion.

Privacy-specific questions can go directly to privacy@arkivi.app. The current policy is published at arkivi.app/privacy.
Beta Feedback
The most valuable feedback right now is about scanner reliability, missing metadata, CSV imports, library density, share cards, lending reminders, and any part of the app that feels too slow or unclear.
